Made in the Chott el Djérid in Tunisia in April 2013, during the 1st international festival of land Art. Organized by the Hippocampe association.

Chott, emblematic of southern Tunisia. Saline plain of 5000 km2; 100 km from east to west. Covered with a crust of salt, mixed with clay and sand.

line meant to bring the eye to the horizon, in this endless desert. It asks us about our relativity, our littleness, our relationship to the world.

Made with megaliths of salt 40cm to 100cm high, generally white in color, but may contain red or yellow oxides. 50 megaliths are thus aligned in an increasing way towards infinity.
