Corrie Wright

Corrie Wright is an Australian-based transdisciplinary installation artist whose practice explores the dynamic interplay between site-responsive and visual communication. With a deep engagement in the materiality, Corrie investigates how environments can foster experiential dialogues that reflect and respond to contemporary culture.

Corrie’s installations traverse various forms and processes, each project adjusts to the distinctive qualities of its location, transforming it into a poetic place between location and idea. Through this fluid exploration she aims to generate works that adapt with the spaces they inhabit, in the times in which we live. By embracing artistic risk, her work seeks to engage with both the immediate and the ever-changing context of our environment, offering a space for dialogue and reflection within the rapidly shifting landscape.

Corrie also works collaboratively with Tamara Kirby
