Site-specific textile installation, synthetic textile from recycled PET, recycled cotton.
Deep in the ocean, invisible creatures fluctuate, their life led by the time of waves and tides, unconsciously affected by humans’ actions. The installation is a reminder to care for the fragility of our planet down to its microscopic components. The installation recreates with natural and recycled textiles the beautiful patterns of the life of the seabed full of creatures with primordial forms, jellyfish, tentacles, skeletons of diatoms and thalamophores, primary structures of the geometry of the world, reminiscences of a past life, bring to light the constituent forms of nature.
