Finley Wegener is an Australian artist predominantly working on the Kabi Kabi lands of South East
Queensland. Working with sound, technology, and site-responsive design, Fin passionately creates
immersive and participatory experiences that amplify, reveal, and decorate the natural environment.
His works often manifest as durational performances, though he has also produced a number of site-
responsive installations both in Australia and abroad.
As a musician, Fin is interested in how music practice can be expanded by interfacing with other art
forms and cultures. His work with sound is often defined by integrating the human and non-human as
collaborator, both through interactive technology and meditative interpretation of place.
