A ciel ouvert - Riorges 2020 - France
The installation is intended as an accompaniment to the flow, a resonance of the river: its undulation, its shimmering, its lapping, its fascinating kinetics… The ribbons vibrate and swell with the arrival of Aeolus to encourage us to breathe in unison with the landscape. The rustling sounds train our ears to be more attentive to around. Both spectacular and integrated, the work, naturally animated by incessant optical and physical movements, will participate in a contemplative state of sensory pleasure dear to walkers along the river. Water, vital, yet so fragile.
