I find my inspiration in nature, its shapes and colors A thematic focus are my lemon sculptures. The yellow color plays an important role in many of my works. It is the color which symbolizes the sun and the light. I experiment with different materials and like to work in series to deepen a theme. I sometimes use recycled materials like paper mache for this. My sculptures, objects, installations and drawings are often greatly enlarged objects with elements of Conceptual Art, Pop Art and Land Art. I love nature, so I’m interested in environmental issues and sustainability. Many of my works address these subjects.
