In our studio is a styrofoam sculpture bought at a flea market. An exotic landscape with rocks, plants, birds and butterflies. The butterfly in China – from the anecdote from chaos theory – that with its wing beat can be the deciding factor between good weather and a hurricane in Texas. vGtO makes an enlargement of the second-hand sculpture on an iceberg of polystyrene foam, more than man-sized.
